AiEP Avventure in Elicottero Prodotti
Founded in Switzerland in 1988, AiEP cultural association (acronym of Avventure in Elicottero Prodotti) was born thanks to the common intents of a group of artists interested in producing multimedia projects and developing an artistic language that draws on different forms of art (dance, music, video-art, design).
In 1996 Ariella Vidach and Claudio Prati created a new headquarter in Milan, widening the geographic and artistic horizons in order to deepen the research on new technologies applied to contemporary dance and performing arts.
For more than 20 years, AiEP’s artistic path has been exploring interactivity in a growing of complexity: from video projections on stage to nearly invisible sensors, passing for motion capture and computer graphic.
The relation between body, choreography and interactive systems has gone deepening and the synergy between art and technology have become more and more refined and evocative.
